  • Employees Culture

Bright Endeavors, in conjunction with our umbrella agency New Moms Inc, celebrate monthly Fellowship Fridays. Our teams plan an inexpensive activity and snack time as a 2pm break - ie candle bingo, secret psych, name that childhood photo, etc. We host a daily appreciation" ritual at the end of every day, whereby each participant and staff member write down someone or something they appreciate about the day or another colleague, and read the note outloud. We all keep our appreciations in envelopes as a reminder of the small (or big!) good things in every day, and how important it is to cultivate appreciation even in the most challenging days or circumstances.
