What's Good Weekly 041515
Happy National #SiblingsDay! We hope you don't mind us pulling up a virtual chair to your families' Friday afternoon tables. Thanks for checking in on TGW again this week. Once you're done here, go do something nice for bro or sis.
A big first week at the new TGW HQ. We still have plenty of boxes laying around, but we're moved in enough to have the pups here and that's what really matters. And don't worry, we still set aside plenty of time to add some great new businesses to the map. Check out a couple below--please and thanks.
-Team This Good World
Jim and Patty's Coffee, Portland, OR - The quaintest coffee shop in PDX. This place is vibin' with love.
Beanfields Snacks, Los Angeles, CA - Gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, vegan snackies. Farmed and made in USA.
Boxcar Press, Syracuse, NY - 100% wind-powered commercial letterpress shop in upstate New York. Rocks soy-based inks and uses tree-free papers. Yes, you read that correctly. Tree. Free.
Tradlands, San Francisco, CA - High-quality hand crafted button up shirt and jackets made exclusively for women. Sourced, stitched and sewn right here in the states.
Lazy Magnolia, Kiln, MS - One of the oldest breweries in the Hospitality State. Lives to give Mississippi residents a local, socially responsible craft brew alternative.
Remember Rosa's Pizza from a few notes ago? How could you forget, right? A TGW user swung by during a trip to Philly and snapped us a fine picture. Just a reminder... each and every one of the sticky notes on the wall are slices of pizza that have been purchased to pay it forward to a hungry individual in need when they stop in. Mind-blowingly good. Next time you're in Philly, or if you're lucky enough to live there, go support Rosa's!
