The brewhouse system at Victory Brewing Company recovers much of the primary energy fueling it, reducing the overall carbon emissions of the production process. They also harness the energy of the sun to power much of their beer-making -- they have installed a whopping 345 photovoltaic panels! You can also find them obsessing over recycling, reusing and repurposing materials whenever possible.
